Misleading description of property

The unit, location, & facilities were satisfactory but nothing more. Based on the owners description, 'Exquisite Countess Haven/luxe penthouse' & the price paid (2300 for 6 nights), we expected more. From the minute we stepped in the door, there were issues; water intrusion in dining room/living room, severe lack of privacy (the unit is a fishbowl), barking dogs in adjacent units, late in the evening, linoleum flooring in very bad shape, cresting a hazardous condition a guest could easily slice their foot on, poor acoustics (you can hear everything neighbors are saying in hallway & adjacent units & many other items of deferred maintenance. Owner was contacted regarding many of the items but in general, just lack of upkeep to the prop.

Great stay in mexico city

Stayed one week in the excellent condessa neighborhood. Easy access to apartment and all nearby things. Easy staff with doorman. Beautiful views. A little close to the neighbor next door for privacy but not a real problem. Coffee pot broke but they replaced it quickly. Appreciated that all basic amenities was fully stocked (soap, towels, coffee…) Would definately love to stay there again sometime.

Lovely and elegant condo

We loved the space. It was well furnished, had plenty of amenities, and the beds were very comfortable. It was lovely sitting out on the balcony and just looking at the skyline over the trees. The area is pretty calm, with a park facing the balcony. The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful and completely safe. There are so many restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay in this condo next time we return to Mexico City. If you have never been before and are thinking about visiting Mexico City, do it! This is a perfect place to stay. It is extremely safe to walk around at any hour really. Ubers are very easy to get from there to anywhere, but honestly you could have a great time just staying at this condo and exploring the neighborhood for a few days.

Fantastic location and living room/balcony

Fantastic location in the heart of Condesa, right by Parque Espana and Parque Mexico, and walking distance to Roma and Chapultepec park. The apartment has a fantastic living room and balcony overlooking the park. Good a/c and 24 hour security. Managing staff are very responsive. Highly recommended.
