The location was great, right on the Paseo. The hotel was generally clean. We were given a wheelchair accessible bathroom, which we had requested, and that was helpful. Unfortunately, the water never got hot and the shower flooded the bathroom. The cafe downstairs did have excellent croissants, though.

It was very nice and very clean. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in with a great view. Close to many restaurants and activities safe to walk, a lot of entertainment we hope will come back soon.

The staf were doing their job, however, the matress was very u uncomfortable and the pillows were very hard and bulky. Hard to sleep on them.
