I had to be switched in different rooms. This place was not clean at all. My first room did not have electricity nor locks on the door. My second room had dirty sheets. Additionally, I did not like the check in process. I had to do everything on my phone include install a key through my phone. There is no front desk if you have questions. You have to reach out on whats app which is very unprofessional. I had to call a whats app number just to be switched rooms. I do not like this establishment at all. Not worth the price.

Rooms were clean but we asked for handicapped accessible and room was soooo small. Also we had issues with the pool being dirty. Hot tub was in great condition. Also no one came to clean the room until the last day there. We asked for cleaning everyday and was promised even from the workers through translate on our phones and we left out each day at about 10am and returned about 6pm and no clean rooms and no clean towels. Front desk people were very friendly and got on top of things. This is a very cool concept but they need to work some kinks out.

The staff I met was very nice but even they couldn't make up for the outdated hotel with the spookiest elevator ever. The rooms look like they've been partially updated and are like tiny prison cells. The bathroom floor had someone's hair all over the place. Was disgusting and caused me to check out a day earlier just to avoid returning to the room.

The room was ok but there was no microwave and was told by housekeeping the bed linens would be changed every 3 days. I stayed 4 days and the sheets were NEVER changed and a couple times I had to ask to empty the garbage cans.
