Serenity at the beach 🏝️

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Thanks for all the little kindnesses. The only draw back for me was the tiny fleas outside on the porch, in the pool, and on the outside lounging bed. I’m covered with bites.

Stunning Beach House

Came to Melbourne for a car show at the American Muscle Car Museum. The location of this house was perfect! We were able to see a rocket launch during our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Rental

The rental was perfect and stocked with all the amenities you can want from shampoo and blow dryers to beach chairs and toy! Gorgeous house just far enough away from and close enough downtown. It was beautiful and so clean when we arrived. There were 12 adult women in total on this trip The pool and hot tub were perfect. We only got to the beach across the street once as the pool area was so nice, we were enjoying ourselves too much to make the short walk. If we come back to the Space Coast area, we definitely will book this again.

Fabulous!

We were very impressed with the home! It was open concept, totally updated, wonderful pool and hot tub, and most of all, it was exceptionally clean! Many thanks to the hosts who answered my questions prior to our visit. We would highly recommend this as a gathering place for family and/or friends. The backyard was a bonus for our three grandsons who found it perfect for playing soccer!

Beautiful & well appointed home!

This house is even more beautiful once you arrive. The location is amazing. Every single room was stocked with everything you could need and then some. The kitchen has is ALL...even spices! We wanted for nothing during our stay (well except for more days). Beds were comfortable, loved the faux fireplace in the living room! Everything was super clean, beautifully decorated. The make-up removal towels & toiletries in every bathroom was a nice touch and the insect repellent in the pool area was perfect. We would recommend this house in a heartbeat and can't wait to return. Thanks, Jared! Food delivery reco: Oceanside...great pizza!

Great spot, beautiful home, just needs some maintenance.

The home is beautiful and the location is perfect for going to the beach and the nearby Sebastian's inlet. The house was very clean and our rooms were wonderful. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved the place; however, there were a few things that could have been better which we did communicate to our host and was well received. The first was that the upstairs room had a strong odor of wet dogs. We ourselves are dog owners and love them. Perhaps the previous guests might not have followed the rules but the first thing my 3 year old daughter said when she went upstairs was "dad it smells like wet dogs" lol... The second was the back patio screen doors which one was ripped and one didn't close properly. With the rain/storms that came in, a snake also got into the pool area through the broken screen door and was behind the pool lounger while we were there. Luckily we found it and drove it out before any of the kids came close to it. Another result of the broken screen doors was bugs, and indeed mosquitos got us a couple of the nights. We informed the host and so hopefully it will be fixed for the next guests given the backyard is all completely surrounded by trees and water - perfect for bugs and snakes. While we enjoyed the stay and loved the house, it could use some maintenance and a proper carpet cleaning upstairs.
