Great location and beautiful home

This home was absolutely stunning and spacious. Everyone enjoyed watching football on the large TV in the living room and multiple movies were watching in the theatre room. Each bedroom was spacious for all 11 adults and it was a perfect number of bathrooms. We felt a few things would have made this home perfect. While we appreciated many things about the home, it would have been nice to have some more staples in the home. With a large group, having only 1 of each of the cooking utensils (i.e. spatulas) made it difficult and we did a lot of improvising. It would also have been nice to have some seasons available in the home, such as salt/pepper, for cooking. For the cost of the home, having more than a single dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent would have been nice. Again, for the cost of home, we all felt strongly that the pool/hot tub heat and the grill use should have been included. One other item that was missing was a dust pan. We found a broom to clean up the sand brought into the home, but no dust pan to dispose of the dirt/sand. Additional cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. would have been nice to include. Overall, we were very happy with the style, spaciousness, and condition of the home. A few additional amenities included would have made it perfect.

Perfect for family vacation!

This home is perfect for a relaxing vacation with you and your family. The host was extremely accommodating and attentive. I highly recommend this beautiful home and will definitely be back on my next trip to visit this Villatel Villa.

Family quick Getaway

We have family that lives in Palm Bay and we went to visit. This is a ideal location for beach, theme parks and nightlife is just a few miles away at Cocoa Beach! The property had everything that we needed and felt like home. Very clean and well maintained! My only suggestion is to allow two bath towels per person initially because we had to wash towels on the second day if we wanted to be clean and I personally didn't want to do laundry everyday on vacation. :) Overall an amazing stay!

Incredible Stay!

The location of our accommodation couldn't have been more ideal. Whether it was for celebrating New Year's or any other event, we were in the perfect spot. We were treated to a magnificent view of the fireworks, creating unforgettable memories. Plus, the room itself was incredibly spacious, adding an extra touch of comfort to our stay.
