⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"The property is as close to perfect as a vacation rental can get. My extended family and I had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful and in a lovely setting. It is so well appointed and relaxing that we rarely left. The community pool is wonderful for all ages. The hiking trails are super close to the home. The home feels like it is nestled in a park. One morning we watched a family of deer playing on the hillside. We enjoyed quiet time on the deck as well as evenings around the fire pit. The house was exactly what we needed with plenty of areas to be together or find places for solitude. I also appreciated having a dedicated space to exercise, especially with a beautiful view of the woods. The town of Berkeley Springs is worth a visit-the baths are interesting, nice variety of shops, and the people are friendly and welcoming. Excellent Location and Property

We had 14 women between 30 to 68 staying at the property. The property is do spacious we never felt crowded in any area we gathered in. We love the long dining room table with the extra seating it made for great meals and conversations! The community pool was a great addition to the trip and the short 15 minute drive to the beautiful Cacapon State Park we had a blast@
