very comfortable place, conveniently located and dog friendly. Side yard was a plus with outdoor table and chairs. Beds comfortable, full kitchen stocked with essentials for cooking. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Great location with an easy walk to the beach and downtown. Beds were super comfy as was LR furniture. We wished there was more seating on the back patio as the table only had 4 chairs; a chaise, two outdoor chairs etc., would be a fabulous addition!Kitchen had everything we needed but the quality was not great on flatware and pots and pans. Overall a very nice stay at a great location!!

Perfect for beach getaway.

Conveniently located with great floor plan in an affordable price range. I’d stay here over and over again. Manzanita is a little short on restaurants that were actually open but we enjoy cooking so it didn’t matter.

Locked out numerous times 😣😣😣

The key pad didn’t work properly. Several times I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Vacasa changing the code, which would work once and then not again. The agents tried to get me into the lockbox, that didn’t work, then they tried the garage code and that didn’t work. The agent promised to get someone out there asap to fix the lock. No one came or called me back. I came to the beach very stressed out and this was agitating and unacceptable! I finally just left the back door unlocked when I went to the beach so that I wouldn’t spend another frustrating 1/2 hour on the phone. I need to have a partial refund to account for this inconvenience and frustration. This house is clean and pleasant, and I urge you not to hire Vacasa as the “host.”

Our stay at Adobe at the Beach was fantastic! Your home is beautifully appointed with a great kitchen and dining/living room. Your home is lovingly maintained and cleaned to perfection which creates a relaxing atmosphere. Loved the neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and the town of Manzanita. Would love to stay again! We have used VRBO for over 15 years and this home is in our top 5! THANK YOU for sharing your home with us!

Wanted a quiet house close to the beach and town. 2 blocks to town and 4 blocks to beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed in primary bedroom. Checked the boxes.

Wonderful

I took my 80 year old mom and our dogs to the beach. This place was exactly as stated. Very convenient to everything and walking distance. We had a wonderful time. Great set up for family with dogs.

Super clean, comfy beds

Great communication with sunset, decided at the last minute not to bring our dogs and they refunded my pet fee without question. Great location, close to beach and walking distance to everything in Manzanita…home had everything you need, very comfortable and quiet…note that the king beds are sleep number beds, which is an added bonus. The home was super clean…fenced yard for pets was bonus. Would stay again

Great place for dogs!

This is an overall wonderful place to stay--close to stores and the beach. Enjoyed the spacious living area and the outside little yard for the four-legged creatures. However, two items need consideration: 1)we looked everywhere, but could not find any disinfectant, or even just a spray bottle of 409. 2) Instructions need to be added to the guide notebook on how to make the TV work. This was very frustrating. We expected cable and a password, but the only kind of tv offered was streaming with no instructions on how to access the different channels. The person we spoke to at the management office was as clueless as we were about its operation.

Beach Getaway for family of four

Dog heaven for dogs and dog lovers! Great side yard for pets to play and do their business. Lovely living room with warm gas fireplace and comfy furniture in an open floor plan. Short walk to beach. Loved that the town of Manzanita required adherence to covid mandates at this time.
