From the second we stepped out of the transport to when we got back in the car to leave, it was a true first class experience. The people, and I mean every one of them, were courteous, polite, extremely willing to do anything to make the stay as pleasurable as possible and were truly genuine in all aspects of interactions with you. Whether it was in passing in a hallway, laughing with a server at dinner time or having a get-to-know-you conversation with poolside servers and runners, there were no obligatory interactions. That’s just the wonderful staff working. The food was spectacular, there wasn’t one thing we had that wasn’t exactly what we had hoped we’d experienced. What was really nice was their selection and offerings of mock-tails and NA beer. The facility from corner to corner was spotlessly clean, not even a cobweb or build up of sand or dirt on our patio. We happened to be staying at near the peak time of whale migration and lost count of how many whales we saw off the beach breaching above water, it was an amenity that doesn’t get advertised and people pay a lot of money to see that kind of thing. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were some some of the nicest I’ve ever had in a hotel or resort. The place won’t disappoint. It’s worth every penny and then some.
