Welcome to your home away from home! Great balcony with southern exposure, perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets. Spacious living room with separate kitchen fully equipped, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Primary bedroom has queen bed and two closets, including a walk-in, and an en suite bathroom. 2nd large bedroom with queen bed offers ample storage and closet space. In-unit laundry, and two (2) assigned parking spaces. Resort-style amenities within secured building, including a pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Additional building features are on-site manager, secure parking garage, and an EV charger station. In close proximity to Runyon Canyon, as well as numerous trendy restaurants, shops, and bars. Open to short term or long term leasing options.
