The host is only responsive during there work hours. We were locked out of the apartment at 6:20 am due to a consistent problem with the smart lock and they could not be reached until 7:30. We checked out early because we had planned to be out late that night and could not count on the lock working and did not want to be locked out over night. We had issues with lock upon arrival and it consistently spoke to us saying it could not lock, although the door was locked.Also of note the apartment is clean”ish” not super clean. It is not in a good neighborhood a good neighborhood for walking like other areas in DTLA.
