Honestly really bad. Roaches all over the floor. Room was super humid. The parking was super inconvenient. Plus the staff people were very rude and not at all welcoming.

Online it said we could check in by 2pm but they didn’t have the room ready till 3pm causing us inconvenience. Roaches scattered when you turned on the lights. Barely any amenities. HORRIBLE PARKING SITUATION, lot was very limited on space and crowded. Towels left lint all over body and clothing.

The front desk people were nice enough. Couldn’t get the tv or Wi-Fi to work. It’s in downtown LA so not a good idea to go out at night. The traffic and police activity in the area are noisy. There’s a jack in the box down the street if you want affordable dining. The Chinatown express was good too. If you need a cheap room for a night it’s not bad.
