On the night of our wedding, me and my wife decided to spend 3 nights at the hotel. What should've been a nice, relaxing time turned into a stressful and embarrassing time. When we checked in, we asked for breakfast to be added to our stay each day - we were told by the staff member on call that he will sort it. Lo and behold, the following morning I find out it has not been added. Spoke with the manager on call, who didn't offer to do anything at the time. So I had to go back upstairs to get it sorted - their reason? "oh he must've got distracted" the level of professionalism was terrible.

+ Decent hotel. Very helpful staff. Very comfy bed and pillows. Clean. Ok breakfast. Good secure car park (£25/night) but definitely worth pre-booking as not very big. - King room was still fairly compact and not much storage if you’re staying for more than 1 night. We were at the back and woken about 6:30am by recycling bin being emptied. Shower only… would have liked a bath.

We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and very attentive to both me and my 5 year old. The breakfast was lovely, but I’d have liked to have had more vegetarian options for the cooked breakfast, perhaps some veggie sausages? The room was perfect - everything was clean and fresh and we could just about spot the London Eye from our window! It was a short walk to and from Deptford Bridge DLR station which was so convenient. I have recommended this hotel to everyone since I’ve returned from our trip. We will definitely book again when we come back to London.

The rooms were clean but too cramped. It felt as though we were squeezed into such a small place but charged for a huge room. I requested for adjacent rooms and received an email prior to our arrival that it would be accommodated. When we were checking in, the receptionist informed us that our rooms were adjacent but in two different floors (802 and 902)! I didn’t realize that adjacent has a different meaning for Hilton group of hotels. Where are we going to access each room? Through the floor/ ceiling? The check out staff were very accommodating and nice. We did request to store our luggage after check out as our ride was not available yet. The staff helped us with ensuring that they’re labeled and stored correctly.

One of the first things it says when booking on here is soundproofed rooms, but my room was pretty noisy. You could hear the water pipes, other people’s doors closing, and the people upstairs. The hotel imposes tray charges on top of its high prices for room service, so it should do better with collecting trays. The corridor area of my cluster of rooms stank at night and when I checked in the morning because someone had left food out. The room was okay but pretty pokey. The wardrobe doors couldn’t open fully. The one window was small and up high, so no real view outside. No minibar/fridge.

Disappointing stay, poor Mattress and early morning noise I stayed at the Hilton in Greenwhich last night,unfortunately my experience was below expectations. When I arrived the receptionist didn’t seem welcoming. Which gave a poor first impression. The room itself was fine in the basement, but the mattress was in terrible condition,when i sat on it, it sank all the way down,making it very uncomfortable to sleep on,to make matters worse from around 7:00am then was continuous noise from the gym above my room, which made it impossible to get any rest after a late night, I only managed about four and a half hours of sleep in total, overall I left feeling quite disappointed.
