I wanted to like this so much. The owner of this condo was very nice, but I had to reach out to find out where I get the keys to the unit. There were more 'amenities' in the unit than was listed, so that was nice. There are 2 wall AC's (one doesn't shut off unless you unplug it), there is a coffee pot, a hair dryer, salt & pepper & sugar. The best thing about the unit is that it is a good size for families. However, the complex is run down & not maintained. Only 2 of their 12 tennis courts are useable. The rest all have weeds growing thru them, trash, & tarps in them. One of the indoor jacuzzi's was closed with plywood & chairs & caution tape over the top of it with a paper sign to not step on it. Paint peeling everywhere on the outside of the buildings, mickey-moused looking repairs everywhere. If they have no immediate plans to renovate this place I can see it closing quite soon. The condo itself was not very clean. My youngest (14 months) had her knees & the tops of her feet turning black from crawling around the place. The electrical outlets don't hold plugs well, they are so old that plugs fall right out. The floor is unlevel, master bed is so hard and uncomfortable that my husband and I slept in the 2 twin beds because we woke up in serious pain the first morning, cabinets chipped, gross marks/smears on the walls, and best of all, the COCKROACH that came to say hello. I have pictures if it lets me submit them.
