Through the large sliding glass doors, your private balcony awaits, offering a direct view of the beach. Whether you're watching a dramatic winter storm or soaking in the summer sun, this is the perfect vantage point.

Bedroom: Comfortable King bed.
Living Room: A sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests.

Guest Access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire condo, Unit #310. The building is equipped with an elevator for your convenience, making it easy to get to this second-floor unit. Direct beach and bay access is located right behind the building. A short walk to the west takes you from the calm bayfront to the expansive ocean beach, putting you right on the sand.
