"The lock on ourbdoor was broken and required maintenance. Couldnbebbe fixed and we were moved to a different room and given complimentary breakfast. The chair in our new room was broken and reolaced. The heat was broken and blew cold air during a cold week and was jot fixable and I was given complimentary breakfast. The staff was very nice. "
