Wonderfull stay very nice staff they brought our bags up to our room was very clean loved the view of the city bed was wonderful like having to use our key card to go to our will definitely return there again but was disappointed the restaurant was closed but will plan our stay next time the restaurant is open

First of all it took almost 5 days to get my deposit that they "hold" until checkout. The hotel is beautiful. We stayed on the 22 or 23 floor. There was no fitted sheet on our bed, just the mattress pad and flat sheet. The A/C was so loud, I could barely hear the TV. The room only had 1 small mirror in the bathroom, so i called guest services and they said they had a make up mirror and would send it up, but they NEVER DID. The few days we were there, the ice machine on our floor never had ice. I had to go down to the next floor to get ice. Very aggravating. The pool chairs were horrible. The chair I got to lay on was missing a piece to hold the upright position. So when i reclined, the chair fell back. VERY EMBARASSING. The hotel does offer high levels of security . You must have a room key to open the door to the elevator. I did like that.
Complimentary Cucumber and Strawberry water in the lobby.
