This is my 2nd stay here. It’s very close to Americasmart. It’s an all around winner for me. All the workers are kind and helpful. The room is clean, nicely decorated. The hairdryer is a big plus. It is powerful enough to dry my long hair. The bathrooms are well stocked with a nice brand of shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, and body lotion. They are large mounted refillable bottles.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful.

I have gone to Hyatt Regency’s around the world for many years and unfortunately, this one has truly become dated. Feels like a blast back to the 1970s or 1980s when I stayed there recently. First the good things. I had called ahead and asked for some distilled water and extra towels to be in the room, and they were out of their way to make that happen. The location is good if you’re going to go to tradeshows at GWCC. Other than being, very dated, especially the furnishings and carpet, the one thing that was extremely disappointing and annoying. What is the fact that they didn’t put any glasses to drink from in the room. Not even a motel six plastic disposable cup. They only had two coffee cups, which you would hope to use in the morning. Mind you that we rented a suite that had a bar area. So brushing her teeth was interesting initially until we went out and got some cups down in the lobby. There is no reason to cut that corner.

This was the first time I’ve stayed at this downtown location and it won’t be my last!! I absolutely LOVED having a balcony room overlooking the city! The rooms are all completely remodeled beautifully with a huge tv and an extremely comfortable bed!! William who greets you outside is AWESOME, helpful, and extremely courteous!!! Front desk and concierge were fabulous and very friendly!! Loved the bar in the lobby where PJ makes a fabulous martini with a beautiful smile!! Food was great throughout and the grocery stand downstairs has THE BEST Snickerdoodles I’ve EVER eaten!! Do yourself a favor and stay here!!! You’ll LOVE it!!!
Staff very friendly, the place was really clean …didn’t like the restaurant food all that much and it was a lil pricey. Other than that everything was great.
Check in staff was friendly and helpful, room was very clean, the only issue I had was that the bed was too firm.
The room was tiny. The ironing board was tiny and flimsy. No microwave
Nice location and clean. Only concern is the bed, it was too soft for us causing back pain
Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if in the area. Room was clean and quiet. The water station in the lobby was great! Only downside was we were on the 20th floor and sometimes it was impossible to get an elevator. Other than that great stay!
Nice place. Everything was good except the bed which is pretty important. No firmness of mattress. Wrecked my back
