We enjoyed our stay here. The food was very good and generally affordable. The bar and band were great. Front desk and staff generally very nice. Parking was not easy. You almost have to valet. The timeshare aspect was terrible. The timeshare sales staff was pretty bothersome so we will not be back.

During our stay we had to switch rooms because the heater was broken and we were wearing our jackets in the room due to how cold it was, our toilet also would barely flush and the sink plug was broken. We also found staff to be rather rude when trying to navigate the situation. They would transfer our call before we even finished our sentence and it took us two hours to get a room switch.
