The rooms are nice. You can tell it’s an old casino that was remodeled. The walking area from the parking garage to the casino is gross. We did have some paint chipping in the bathroom in our room. We did like the hard floors which felt very clean as opposed to carpet. The room itself was very clean and so was the hotel.

I enjoyed staying at the cromwell in a big cuty known for the hustle and bustle it was nice to have a smaller hotel and casino without a ton of trafffic but conveniently located on the strip.

Don’t stay here

There was nothing wrong with the hotel per se, except the room was very dark and dingy. But their policies are unacceptable. They nickel and dime you with charges, high resort fee for nothing special, you can’t use the fridge for personal items or they’ll charge you $30. If you accidentally move one of their items in the fridge, it’s automatically charged. You can only get Wi-Fi for two devices, otherwise there’s a $15 a day charge. And iPad counts as a computer and that gets charged. There are so many choices in Vegas, we would never stay here again and would advise you not to either!

Super unique room decor, and plenty of room. We had a king bed, an overstuffed chair and an L-shaped sofa in our room, very spacious and roomy. Bathroom was a great size too. I LOVE MY ROOMS COLD and Cromwell is one of the few the sleep temperature was fantastic. Comfy bed, sheets and temperature had a great night sleep. Had a drink at the bar and then dinner at Giada's which was also great. Our server Doug was awesome. We were in town to see the Eagles and the hotel was super convenient to stay at and walk to the Sphere via the Venetian. Nice vibe in hotel and EVERY hotel staffer was super helpful. Would stay again.
