My studio stay was a wonderful surprise! It was a great location to get to the strip and to the tram. The room was clean, spacious and had a great view. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was nice and clean. Only complaint is that we almost ran out of soap, shampoo, and toliet paper. Other than that it was very nice.

This was the perfect place for us, right off the strip. It was very clean and the owners were great! We would definitely stay here again!!

Pleasantly surprised with this unit!! Very spacious, clean and a great view with all the necessities you need to make it more like a home! Love that the pool is always shaded and not crowded! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

The suite was perfect for what we needed, very spacious and excellent location. It's great that you don't have resort fees to pay and have access to all MGM Grand pools.

Nice Stay

We liked being close to the strip, but in a quiet place. The room & bathroom are large. Also liked having the kitchenette for coffee & light breakfast and snacks in the room. The pool is beautiful! It conveniently connects with MGM with an indoor walkway. Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful view and an exceptional location!

We had an amazing time staying here. The location is very close to the centre of the strip and all the major resorts are nearby. The check-in process was easy and the owner kept in contact with us throughout the trip. The MGM Monorail is nearby allowing you to access the northern end of the strip with ease. The view from the apartment is stunning, looking out over the strip.

Perfect rental

This property was clean and very comfortable. The check in process was smooth and efficient. The host checked in with me to address any issues and that was very much appreciated. I would recommend this property.

Perfect for Two

We rented this space to attend a convention at the Las Vegas Convention Center and it was really easy to access the restaurants at MGM and the monorail. The room was very comfortable and spacious and we had a wonderful view of the strip. We really enjoyed the space and would rent it again!

We arrived for a jewelry convention at the MGM. This was a great walk we never had to leave the hotel not once for the week; everything we needed was there. Place was nice clean and we will definitely be booking again.

Great location right outside of MGM grand, it’s connected with an indoor walkway. Each tower of Signature has its own pool and you can also use all the pools at the grand. Valet parking was nice. Great view. Comfortable bed. Huge bathroom

MGM Signature

It was a great week and a wonderful place to stay. The host was informative and provided all the information we needed. Only VERY MINOR things we would like to see; a few more cooking amenities (pots/pans) and coffee k-cup refills (only four for a week?). Room, bed, jet tub, shower, view, pools, lazy river and location- all EXCELLENT.

Viva Las Vegas

Really lovely suite, with a fab jacuzzi bath to sooth the aches of all that walking. Liked the small kitchen facility, fridge/microwave and coffee maker. So quiet and peaceful. Not far at all to the strip through MGM Casino which was very interesting. Overall a lovely stay and owner kept in touch.

Great Stay

Overall, had a great stay. We enjoyed being close to the strip while still having quiet when we wanted to call it a night. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi tub every night - it was very clean and all the jets worked properly. The condo was mostly clean, but could absolutely use a deep clean. The shower area had short curly black hair on the floor in the corners that were there when we checked-in, crumbs along the walls/carpet, and the glasses in the cupboard had been used but not cleaned and had something sticky on them. Regardless, we would still stay here again.
