This ranch style, open floor plan home with glorious outdoor space is perfectly placed 4 miles to zip lining at the Fremont Street Experience and 8 miles to the fountains of Bellagio to afford a great night out and relaxing days at your private pool. I’ve been hosting guests for over 9 years and truly love it. I live next door, so if you need anything during your stay, I'm literally a hollar away. If not, I let you enjoy all this house has to offer.

Please NOTE: This home is fully licensed by the City of Las Vegas as a Legal Short Term Rental. No worries about the authorities closing it down and ruining your vacation plans. Being licensed does come with lodging taxes. Those are included in all quotes. No surprises.

Girls Trip

Better than we expected, right down to the personal service from the owner! House is clean inside and out with lots of seating for our large group. Beds and bathrooms are comfortable & very well stocked.Outside seating and pool is fabulous, thank you for a great experience.

Amazing House and Yard!

Clean and spacious home. Amazing backyard. All the little touches you could think of- i even found a book to read! Doug was so kind, and a great host. He was quick to respond to all questions and was a great help. He put together a great list of things to do and places to eat- we did a lot of what he suggested (things not even on our radar) and it made the visit that much better! This was, overall, an excellent stay!

We had the greatest time here! Doug, our host, welcomed us, gave us the quick rundown, and was always so readily available and quick to respond to any questions we had. This property was very well stocked from the kitchen pantry to the toiletry and linen shelves, and even the closet stocked with puzzles and games! The outdoor area is beautiful. Our little doggy was spoliled with all the outdoor space. And the hot tub was perfect for the chilly winter days.Thank you so much, Doug! You set us up perfectly for our wonderful Christmas getaway!

Family Thanksgiving

Doug's house was perfect for 5 adults. It was very clean and well stocked. We were able to prepare an entire Thanksgiving dinner. The hot tub was appreciated after long active day trips. Location is perfect, off The Strip in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to get to all venues. Doug is quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

This property has everything! Lots of space inside and out. The outdoor living space is amazing with several areas to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped for any kind of cooking we wanted to do. Had a great time at this property. Rarely is the house as described or photographed. This was very accurate, owner was responsive and accommodating. I appreciated the details with little things like multiple chargers by the beds, directions for use on items in the house, clear checkout instructions. Lots of ways to relax in the back yard. Best Girls Trip EVER!!!

Lucky in Vegas!

This property is beautiful and so clean! Our family really enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub. The spacious back yard was perfect for hanging with our friends who were visiting. EDC weekend

My family and I rented this house for EDC and it was perfect. Very close to a lot of places. Place is overall clean, but some areas were dusty and found a hair on one of the beds. The house was equipped with everything you need, so you’re able to cook. The backyard was also very pretty with a pool and a volleyball court. Overall we enjoyed our stay and perfect for a family and even pets.

Best VRBO!!!

We were looking for a quieter stay in Vegas with our baby and this property did not disappoint! Doug was so kind as to show us around the property when we arrived and explain how to heat the hot tub. The place was extremely clean and had so many extras like pool floaties, poker table, bar setup. It’s also just a short drive to the strip, Fremont, airport, etc. We all agreed this may be the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. 10/10 would recommend both the host and property!

Perfect Vegas getaway

The kids wanted to swim for their spring break so we drove down to the warmer weather and spent a week relaxing at Doug’s place. Everything was fantastic and Doug is one of the best hosts we’ve worked with. Plenty of room in the house for a family of six, tons to do in the backyard and pool, plus super easy 10-15 minute access to Vegas activities.

Super Bowl getaway

Doug is a great host.

We got into a car accident with our rental car (not our fault) and Doug went above and beyond and picked up my family and took them to the house while I got a new rental car which took hours. I have never had a host go above and beyond like that. My kids loved to pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Doug!
