The host was excellent in terms of communication, and the place was cleanly. There were a few minor damages to flooring and walls so we just sent the host pictures of any damages noticed right after we checked in. The lockbox with the key was helpful and easily useable, just make sure you don’t lock yourself out or you communicate with your group who has the key as there was only one! The condo was on the third floor and no elevators so it can pose a challenge with luggage and groceries. There was a few issues with security being strict on some of our party being able to check in and going in and out of the VRBO even though they were pre approved guests through the host. Pool was nice and clean, only downside was the hot tub makes a high pitched noise when the jets are turned on. The water stayed hot even if the jets were not on.Nice and spacious for our whole group of 6 people. The bathroom towels provided were a little small for the average adult so you may just want to bring your own! Very close to the strip and it is a 5-10 min Uber/Lyft ride to most places!Overall a good stay and a good option if you’re looking to have a fun time in Vegas!
