We asked two days in a row for extra blankets and more cream and sugar and never got it. Our last day the ac in our room stopped working and they didn’t send maintenance until after midnight when we were already sleeping . It was 77 in the room and uncomfortable . Staff was rude to my husband when the elevators were down and he was asking where the stairs were located , he ended up wandering and finding them himself . I expected a lot more from here because it’s a Hilton resort and i was highly disappointed. Our last night people above us were so loud on the balcony and were smoking weed all night which we had to smell because we had no a/c and had to have the door and window open to not overheat

Floors in room were dirty, furniture was dusty, showers were dusty. I called for housekeeping to request a cleaning and was told they would be up soon. After four nights, they never arrived. Door to room was flimsy and you could see gaps to the hallway. Long wait to check in, even though the lines weren't that long. People smoking pot in the parking lot. Overall, not a pleasant stay at all.

The person who checked us in was extremely rude and did not explain where parking was at for our building. Our ac in both rooms was out and it didn’t get fixed. There was hair all over the bathroom and tubs.

We did an amazing stay at cancun, all the staff are friendly and easy to talk with espicially the front desk named Michael he helps me a lot and let me check in early..overall highly recommend and just a heads up to all those future guest that's want a jacuzzi on a balcony they dont offer that anymore all of their penthouse their is no jacuzzi in it
