I will rate this Condo unit at The Signature at MGM with only 3 stars or "Okay" as I didn't like the "Vallet Parking" and the shower stalls that have no faucet or detachable shower head that would allow us to easily wash or clean my two children with special needs whenever we need too. We liked the attentiveness of the property manager, its overlooking view from its deck, proximity to the Strip, Bellagio, and other major destinations in Vegas, its kitchen, and huge bathroom, we just hate the delay in the lobby waiting for our car whenever we need to go out, and the fact that it's not 100% handicap friendly. No offense to those who rate this place high, but I think we're better off renting a place that has its own designated parking lot next time as it's hard for children with ASD not to become impatient especially if there's a long line in the lobby just to get our car.

Nice location. Long walk to the strip but it was inside the MGM so a comfortable walk. Facilities were great, with the kitchen and two bathrooms. The large bath tub was lovely. The only thing I would say is please have pods for the coffee machine. It was nice that we had it but didn't want to buy a box of pods to use it.

Stay was good just a few inconveniences

Over all its a great location and has a great view. Couple of issues with the room. It stsyrd warm in the room. Wouldn't ever get really cool. The bedroom tv didnt work and half the light's in the large bathroom wouldnt work, like the bulbs were blown out. Talked to the manager about the tv and was told someone would come fix it but no one ever did.

Great place close to most things

Great spot. The place was super clean and smelled better than anywhere else on the strip - no smoking in the building was great. Was easy to walk to stuff or catch a ride right outside the lobby. Host is friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and easy.

Update Needed

Owner took a long time to return communication. This room does not hold 5 people as advertised until you read the fine print that a guest was required to sleep on a blow up mattress. At over three thousand for the stay I could’ve rented a house. The unit is dated and weathered. Carpets are beyond a heavy shampoo. Food from previous guest are just jammed into the cabinets so you have material that’s expired for months. Cleaner obviously doesn’t clean out the cabinets. On the final days, the shower backed up with what appears to be all the material from the compactor. Will not be staying at this place again

Great spacious property

This was my second time staying in this suite. If you need space, two bathrooms with three sinks too. If you don’t want to eat out all the time. You will have a full kitchen and regular size refrigerator. The owner is very responsive to any concerns

Solid Weekend Getaway

This place is perfect for anyone who wants to experience Vegas without having to walk through smoke-filled casinos to get to their rooms. Although you have access to all MGM pools, beware that the main hotel pool and lazy river are a bit of a trek. We stuck to the Signature pools, which were nice because there was never a fight to score lounges, even later in the day.

Very nice accommodations

This property was very nice. Conveniently located and connected to MGM Grand. Spacious room sizes and 2 bathrooms were a definite plus! Paul, the property manager was very helpful and easy to contact.

FALSE ADVERTISING

Before booking be aware that this is not a 2 bedroom as listed and there is only 1 king bed with 1 double pull out couch bed. VRBO reasons that since there is a full bathroom in the living room they can advertise as a 2 bed. The additional "Queen bed" is an inflatable mattress that deflates throughout the night and barely fits in the master bedroom. There is also a foldable double mattress that barely fits next to the couch but blocks the balcony sliding door. With that said room does not accomodate 6 people without everyone sleeping over each other. Paul the host is indeed communicative and responsive however neither him or VRBO would adjust the pricing for the false advertising.

Beautiful View of Vegas

This condo was very nice. Had everything we needed. We had a little issue with the shower. I contacted Paul and he was prompt at getting back to me. I am not sure when someone came in to work on the shower, that communication would have been nice to know when someone was coming in our room, but I don't think he had control over that. Needless to say it was repaired to the point were it didn't keep me awake at night dripping. All in all the place was really nice and had a great view from the balcony!

Wonderful Vegas Condo

It was amazingly quiet for a Las Vegas strip view room. Location was perfect. Owner was responsive and helpful. The room had everything we could possibly want and need. Would definitely stay here again!
