In town visiting Family.

We were in Laramie to visit our daughter. This home was just what we needed. Plenty of room to relax and get comfortable. We were able to rest comfortably. This home is perfect for family gatherings as there is plenty of seating. We really enjoyed our stay at this home.

Close to UW

No frills house close to UW. The listing disclosed a second vacation rental on the property, but experiencing people living in the basement was disconcerting. The property management hired needs to do a better job with cleaning. While most of the house gave a broke, college-student vibe, the kitchen was nicely appointed.

Family Reunion

In town for a family reunion. It was a great time. The home was perfect for what we needed. The bunck beds were uncomfortable for the adults sleeping on them but everything worked out fin3. I would definitely stay here again.

Graduation week

3 generations of the family stayed here to attend grandsons graduation from WyomingTech. Quaint home located close to restaurants, shopping and easy commute to the school. The 6 of us had plenty of room! A special thank you to our host, he was very responsive to our text when we had questions

Convenient location and great communication

Convenient near downtown and the university. Came up to hike and visit museums. My elderly parents stayed one night and it was nice to have much of the house on one floor so they could stay on that floor. Great communication with owner

Perfect!’

This was a great place to stay for our daughter’s graduation from UW. Very convenient location and worked well for a home base for family and friends to drop by to help celebrate. Lots of common areas, living room dining room and seating for everyone to relax and enjoy!

The house met or exceeded our expectations except for the bedroom with the bunk beds. The structure of the bunk bed was shaky so we put the top mattress on the floor and the other mattress was of very poor quality.

June is probably not the best time for Laramie

The property itself was sufficient for our needs. It might be a decent property from a relative perspective but we have stayed at other places better. Grass was uncut and full of weeds. Smoke alarm chirped for a new battery which should never happen. We ran out of toilet paper with only a single roll in each bathroom. The downstairs shower was anemic. But…it was sufficiently adequate.

Convenient and clean

It worked well for our family in town for a wedding. Only negatives-did not realize no AC throughout, and having a double bed bunk bed is not comfortable as sleeping arrangements for 4 adults. Enjoyed the neighborhood and the convenience to everything.

Great space for family

We were in Laramie for the memorial service for our step dad… an amazing man who passed away in January. All the family had to find a common time to gather… this house was perfect! Lots of space, modern amenities (except a toaster), Great neighborhood and convenient location. Property manager allowed early check in and I’m sure we could reach him for any needs.. highly recommend especially if you have a kiddo at U of Wyoming 😊
