We arrived early at 1:30. Asked if there was an early check in as we have been traveling for 15hrs with 6 kids and a baby. Not an issue that the rooms were not ready yet. Came back at 3 at check in time and STILL weren’t ready. They did give us access to the pool while we wait so the kids didn’t have to be cooped up. We finally got the first room at 4:30pm. The second not until 5:30pm. This is unacceptable! 2.5 hours to wait for two rooms to be cleaned is crazy.

Check in was quick and easy. The front desk attendant was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, as well. There was a sports team eating at the same time as us and they still were able to keep everything stocked and warm. Will definitely stay again.

Upon arrival, our heater in the room did not work. We notified the front desk, and they checked it out, then moved us to another room. The heater in that room worked, but had some glitches. It had to be set on at least 76 and on high or it was so loud it rattled your brain. Our sleep was not the best, but the employee was very nice, and everything was clean.

Clean room, very helpful staff, large floor space room was definitely spacious and perfect for three of us. Breakfast was very convenient. The view from the back was amazing with the river and overpass really close and the beautiful hills in the distance with the rising sun… lovely! Bathroom could use an update. Very comfortable beds and room temp. Heater was a bit noisy.
