I have stayed at several other Havasu vrbos in a similar price range, and this home could use some attention. Upon arriving, the electricity in the bunk room wasn’t working, and the pool was full of dirt and completely green. The property manager was very responsive and fixed the electricity issue immediately, and they sent a pool guy to address the pool. Unfortunately the pool guy didn’t fix the green algae, so we didn’t end up swimming in the pool at all during our stay. Overall, the home was clean, but things were falling apart throughout: missing/broken tiles in the bathrooms, bottle caps, trash, and cigarette butts in the backyard, falling apart patio furniture, worn-out couches that were oddly positioned too far from the tv, an ancient pool table with 6 broken pool cues, to name a few. Needless to say, I won’t be booking this property again. There are many other options available in Havasu that are well-maintained and more comfortable in this same price range.
