Wedding Venue Guest House

Property received excellent reviews which were misleading. It is an old farmhouse which needed a deep cleaning. Shower floor on main floor was disgusting and covering it with a mat was not helpful. Dishwasher was caked with grime from hard water and smelled. Years of dirt was on cabinets and knobs.Some amenities listed were not there. Price did not match condition of property. I have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this was the worst.

My family wasn't impressed with this rental. We chose it for the location because we had a family gathering near Lake Crystal. The home itself, however, needed some more upkeep. Nothing major, but lots of small maintenance tasks. The upstairs shower was surprisingly tiny; I'm not a big guy but it was difficult to shower in this tiny compartment. I suggest the home would be great for a bachelor party since it has lots of space indoors and out, but my family was disappointed in the overall condition of the house.

Best Addition for Wedding Weekend

We had an amazing stay. The property is within walking distance to the wedding venue. We would highly recommend booking this for friends and family! It was great for the girls to get ready in for the day of wedding. Many sleeping areas for the couple and freinds who stayed! Nothing but good things to say and very accommodating!!

Great place for wedding party to stay night before wedding and get ready! Men downstairs and ladies upstairs.. then can stay wedding day night so no one has to drive!! Perfect!!

Great option

It was so nice to be close to the wedding venue that my son got married at. My elderly mom and my grandkids stayed with us so it was nice for my mom and great for the kids to have room to run around. The place was great (but showers could be a little larger).

This place was perfect for our wedding party after our reception. There were plenty of places to sleep and the bar area is the perfect spot to hang out! Very clean as well.

Best Place for a Wedding Party!

We stayed here our wedding weekend with our entire wedding party! It was perfect! The downstairs is great for the men to get ready and upstairs has PERFECT lighting for the ladies to get ready in! The hosts are the best and nothing short of amazing! I highly recommend staying here!!

Perfect House for get togethers!

I hosted my bachelorette party here and really loved the house! Plenty of beds to choose from to sleep in. Everyone commented how comfortable they slept and how nice the house was. The host was very attentive anytime we texted an had an issue. This was a great place to host a get together!

Worked perfectly for what we needed. Family gathering in Lake Crystal and did not want to have to drive in to Mankato for the overnight.
