The property could use some updates. The front desk staff was polite but not particularly warm. I got the impression that because I booked through a third-party site, I was receiving a more limited experience, this was mentioned more than once when I checked in.
In the room, the hair dryer didn’t work, and the coffee setup wasn’t fully stocked. When we requested coffee supplies, what was brought didn’t work with the machine, so we weren’t able to use it. Some of the pool towels appeared quite worn, and the bathroom could use a bit more attention. The sink water had a cloudy look to it, which made us hesitant to use it even for basic things like brushing teeth. Pillows were small and not very comfortable.
Overall, the hotel was okay, but I was hoping for a better experience.
