- The home is on well water and septic system.

- Well water may taste or smell differently than you're used to, but it is safe.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the property and its amenities. You will not be able to access the barn on site.



Getting Around:

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Parking is available onsite.



From the property you can easily drive to the nearby towns:

La Grange - 10 minutes

Fayetteville - 23 minutes

Round Top - 22 minutes



Other Things to Note:

No Tolerance Policy: Underage drinking and parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave immediately, and no refunds will be issued.



Age Requirements: Must be 25+ to rent this home.



Pre-Arrival Requirements: As part of our guest screening process, a copy of your ID will be requested after your reservation is confirmed. You will also need to sign a rental agreement prior to your stay.



Accident Protection: When you book with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for accidental damages up to $5,000 with an added fee of $79 included in your total. Full coverage details are provided in the rental agreement. This coverage applies to all bookings.



Security and Liability Notice: External cameras are installed at the front door, side door, pool area, and driveway for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. Hosts may monitor external cameras via a secure smartphone app. Cameras must not be tampered with or covered under any circumstances.



CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.

Please note that sightings of common insects or wildlife (such as skunks, snakes, scorpions, spiders, flies, wasps, mice, ants, etc.) do not qualify for refunds, as occasional encounters are possible in any rural environment.
