This review speaks in regards to the non-renovated rooms. The room we initially checked into was in terrible condition. There was a horrible smell, the fridge was broken, it was dark, and there was stains on the carpet and walls. It did not reflect the photos as presented at all. After complaining to the staff, they were super accommodating and swictched us to the newer renovated rooms which was perfect! (No complaints on these rooms) if given a review based solely on the new rooms I would give it full stars! For future guests, the hotel should never even offer these old rooms to guests.

Eaton HK ......... excellent!

This hotel was a really good find! It's in a perfect location 4/5 min walk to Jordan MTR. All the staff were friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had the family room with a separate bedroom for our teenage son. Both rooms had TVs and full satellite TV including sports channels. The rooms were a little rusty around the edges, the bathroom in particular, however, the rooms and bathroom was cleaned every day. There were no smell in the rooms, which is always the first thing I notice when travelling. We had a decent view of Nathan Road which even though we were on the 12th floor, could be a little loud with cars up to about 1 at night. This was ok for us though and we all slept very well. We didn't eat in the restaurant on the ground floor as we thought it was over priced for a buffet service. We chose to go out and explore and eat out. The pool on the top level although not big, it was a decent size for a splash and the gym was a decent size. There is a 7/11 right opposite for any little snacks or drinks you need and taxis are pulling up outside all day long. My family and I were really happy with this hotel and will definitely use again when we come back to Hong kong. 100% recommended!

A very decent hotel in a very desirable location. Close to MTR. The pool is on the rooftop and very scenic but not for serious swimmers. There is a large food court in the basement offering a huge selection of food. In HK most hotel rooms are typically smaller than elsewhere so consider upgrading to a bigger room. Staff are very polite and helpful.
