The property itself was very nice and clean. However, it was never mentioned to me that there was no air. I had an 86-year-old staying with me which made the days and some evenings very hard. I felt I had to impinge on others to keep her overnight on hot evenings. Even with the fans running on some evenings it was very humid. Everything except the Grand Hyatt was booked solid, so unless I wanted to pay over $1000 an evening, I had to stay where I was.
My husband had to fix the lanai door several times as it kept falling out of the track. Also, it was stated that there were beach towels, but there actually were not any and I had to go out and purchase my own. I also had to purchase my own paper towels and toliet paper as there was only one-half of a roll in one bathroom and one full roll in the other bathroom. Also, it said it could accommodate 4 people, but there was only one set of bath towels, which meant we had to get detergent and keep washing the towels.
As I said, the property was very pretty and clean. We were there for my son's wedding and I felt horrible having to impinge on others to accommodate my mother-in-law.
This is my first time using an Air B&B. I guess if I do decide to go this way again, I will have to for sure do more research as to air conditioning and ask many more questions.
