We dealt with both the desk clerk and manager at check in, they were beyond helpful with our reservation and some arrangements we needed. Property was clean, good breakfast, but the staff is what makes this property our new go-to in Knoxville

The room was clean and the bed soooo comfortable! The continental breakfast offered waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage along with pastries, cereal, yogurt and juice. Easy check in and out.
