Management was notified of multiple issues and never addressed them. This included wi-fi that never worked the entire stay, coffee makers not working, ice maker not working, missing remotes, etc. Outside deck facing lake was covered in bird poop (50 droppings) when I arrived and maintenance tried to convince me that it was normal and I had to practically beg him to clean it so I could use the actual lake. Tried working with management team on some sort of partial refund and they passed blame on to me stating I did not let them know of the issues. I provided multiple screenshots of text messages between myself and their team as proof and they still did not want to accommodate. I have rented multiple properties through this and this was the only true bad experience I have had. I would avoid this at all costs if you can.

Fantastic pet-friendly property! Loved the set-up of the house. Two King BR upstairs and 2 KIng BR downstairs plus the bunk room for kids. Perfect for multiple families. A living room and TV on each floor and each BR had a TV and bathroom too. Air Hockey table downstairs was a big hit. The pool and lazy river are across the street and a very short walk. We spent a lot of time there to beat the heat. The view from the balcony on the lake was breathtaking. Definitely recommend this place!

Great location beautiful view of the lake

We enjoy Branson during the Christmas Season. Although property would be amazing anytime of the year. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was perfect for all the ladies in the trip. The house was extremely clean and very comfortable we would definitely stay here again. Going into Branson it always seemed we were going the opposite direction of the traffic flow. This is a hidden gem.

Perfect for our family trip

Our family of 13 had a fantastic stay at this home. The home was just perfect for my husband and I, our 2 adult children and their spouses, our 2 teenagers and their friends, our 2 grand kids and our dog! The home is so beautiful, furnished so nicely and very clean. Having bathrooms in each bedroom was great and the 2 family rooms and 2 outdoor spaces gave everyone the space they needed. The kitchen was VERY WELL stocked (plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, appliances, etc.) and we ended up bringing supplies that we never needed. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor furniture was high-end and also comfortable and the views from the deck and lower patio were gorgeous! Pictures are accurate. The marina we rented from was just 15 min away and the grocery store was about a mile away, just over the bridge. It was perfect. The only drawbacks were the lack of green space at the resort itself, no walking trails, and no direct lake access, but everything else more than made up for this! We also received great service from property management. Would happily return and would highly recommend this home for those that have a large group need a separate space for everyone.

Perfect family getaway

Beautiful, spacious, super clean home with great views! We really enjoyed just hanging out in the home & decks, as well and walking around the property. Free arcade, fire pit, basketball/pickleball was also a nice perk (even for adults)! Thanks so much!!

Family Getaway

This was an amazing property to stay at with a large, extended family. It had 5 bedrooms all with attached baths. It was easy to get to and had easy access to the lake, SIlver Dollar City and other local attractions. Plus, you have your own personal parking spots for the property. The deck is great with amazing views of the lake. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be going back again.
