Cute, cozy, clean, convenient and comfortable sums up this little condo over the beach. We loved the view from the balcony as well as hanging out there when we didn't want to go down to the beach but it was an easy walk over the boardwalk to the beach from the condo, too. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location!

This is an awesome condo to stay at just steps away from the beach. Gorgeous sunrise views from the balcony! It was nice to sit out there and listen to the calming lull of the waves coming in. My kids enjoyed the pool as well. Aside from the dishwasher being full of dirty dishes when we arrived (I think someone just forgot to push the start button before leaving), everything was clean and the condo was nice and furnished. Would love to stay here again!

Fall beach trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront condo. It was quiet and convenient to all our favorites. The condo was equipped with all our needs. The only issue we had was the main tv did not work and the 60 steps up to the 3rd floor, other than that, wished it had an elevator.

Outer Banks haven

Very nice and cozy. Easily accessed from the highway with ample parking. Third floor corner location is perfect for views and peace and quiet. There is no lift, so enjoy the steps—they will help you get ready for the lighthouse tours. The unit itself is clean, cozy and comfortable while the beach access gives you a secret like access to the majesty and beauty of the Atlantic. In or out of the water, you’ll be able to savor your day.

Condo Review

Really cute condo, and the view was outstanding! The only complaint we had was a really strong odor in the kitchen area that resembled the smell of cat urine. We could smell it as soon as we walked in. We bought cleaning items to try and freshen it up and it only helped a little. Other than that, we had a wonderful trip!

Would stay again!

Location is perfect! The stairs aren’t too big of a deal (our 3 and 4 year old managed just fine). The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and the washer and dryer in unit are very handy. Beds are super comfortable as well! We had a little lock snafu, but the folks at Vacasa helped us back in very quickly. As with other reviews, there were some cleaning things to mention - walls and floors definitely need some attention, but it’s nothing that would impact my family staying in the unit again (the vacuum in the unit, was helpful for the floors). The stairs up are a little weathered (to be expected) and our daughter did get a sliver, so just watch your hands. It would also be nice to have an additional way to lock the door from the inside besides just the keypad lock, but the building is quiet and did not feel unsafe in the slightest.

Ocean View

This really was a great place to stay at. Located right on the oceanfront. You can sit on the balcony and just enjoy the ocean, the breeze, and the scenery. Great time of year to go wasn't busy. Surfing was great. Even got a little sun in April. The weather was absolutely gorgeous these few days. Definitely would stay here again!

Beachfront condo

Nice and clean place to stay right on the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing. It is close to stores and restaurants. The were a lot of stairs so some people might not like that. And the last stair to get down on the beach was missing.

cute place, great location

This little condo was right on the Atlantic, with dolphin swimming past each morning. Well appointed, great views, and conveniently located to grocery stores, movie theatre, etc. The end of the wooden walkway over the dunes needs fixing - the last big storm seems to have damaged it. Kitchen had all amenities, and the two bathrooms would be great if my family were with me. Overall, a nice pace, but be aware, it is on the third floor, so you must be able to walk up several flights of stairs.

Perfect location Should let guests know in advance there are three flights of stairs. Recycling??? Could use a deep cleaning, couch cushions stained and mold in bathroom.

Location and time of year was good. Storm hit Thursday, but felt safe.

The front glass door bar was broke when we arrived. It is lying on the ground. I think it needs a pin to connect it. Neighbors very friendly. View was amazing from our deck. Would definitely stay there again. The dryer would get warm but took forever to dry clothes. May need to be looked at. Even when I did small loads.

Poor property management, great view

Overall the location and view were great, but the unit was filthy and run down. It is clear that Vacasa did not clean the unit as there were used toiletries in both showers and a dirty washcloth. It took several text messages, a phone call and sending pictures twice to Vacasa to finally get them to come out 2 days into our stay. When they decided to show up at 7:30 the following night, they called me while out at dinner to come back. There was a dried on pile of peanut butter or something on the counter, inside the fridge was dirty and had bits of food. The blender was put away dirty and moldy. The coffee maker was disgusting. There were dirty dishes still in the dishwasher.The dryer only got hot but did not dry. There was no comforter on the master bed, just sheets and a thin blanket. There were missing pieces to the blinds, which I saw reported to Vacasa in a previous review. In general, the unit was dusty and dirty and I would not recommend Vacasa. We really enjoyed the residents in the complex and the view was second to none. I just can't recommend the unit due to poor property management and upkeep.

Perfect Location

Loved the unit, location and Oceanview. Couple things...steps up to 3rd floor there are 47 of them. Challenging for older folks. They do have a dumb waiter to hoist luggage and what not up to 3rd floor. It was cold when we were there and working fireplace really enjoyed. Could use better decor (bedding) for master bedroom. Would recommend, absolutely.

Great location, clean and very beach like.

Easy to rent, sliding glass door in bedroom wouldn’t latch/lock and both sliding glass doors- bedroom and living room were missing blinds which made privacy hard. Otherwise great property and experience.
