With a new extra-plush Sleeper Sofa, second bathroom, and spacious footprint, the condo is set up for couples and families alike.

A 65" Smart TV is set up with a sound bar. Lightning-speed WiFi services every room, and the condo is air conditioned throughout. The kitchen is thoughtfully and completely equipped, to prepare and serve four guests. The Master Suite has a brand new King bed, luxury linens, and an updated bathroom.

There is a washer-dryer in the unit, and incidentals like iron/ironing board, hair dryer, and beach towels are covered. Beach gear is also included, and includes beach chairs, sand umbrella, cooler, and other miscellaneous gear.

The West-facing lanai offers a beautiful view of the ocean and is an ideal sanctuary for morning coffee or sunrise refreshments. The unit is comfortable and spaciously hosts 4, with two bathrooms.
