Clean and fun

Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The kids had so much space and games to play. The outdoor was just beautifully set up to enjoy around the fire and play and walk outside. Highly recommend this place.

Long weekend in Kerhonkson, NY

We recently spent a long weekend in the area and found the location to be ideal with convenient access to the regional roadway network but with a nice secluded setting. The house provided great access to the area recreation amenities with the O&W rail trail, Minnewaska State Preserve and Mohonk West Trapps trail heads all with a 5-10 min drive. It also was convenient to the area restaurants and shopping. The layout of the house was great with ample room to spread out. The house checked all the boxes for what we needed for amenities during our stay. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Birthday Weekend for Husband

Limor and Sunny are wonderful hosts who provide the most detailed guest guidebook you will ever receive! I planned this getaway for my husband, his brother and the location (it really is 6 minutes from Minnewaska) was perfect. Sadly, it’s obvious that past guests do not remove shoes because the carpets have taken a beating but overall the house is extremely comfortable and accommodating for cooking and relaxing after a day of hiking. Thank you both!

great gunks getaway

this was such a perfect location for exploring Minnewaska State Park, only like 10 minutes away (maybe less). great layout and comfy beds. really, really clean. the large deck with the hot tub was super peaceful. good restaurants nearby although we also used the well-stocked kitchen. the owners were so easy to communicate with and very helpful and responsive- we didn't need them for anything since it was all done so professionally but they were happy to give great tips on things to do and places to eat or buy food. we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay

Really enjoyed our visit here, great location, love the space. Has all the essential elements, very spacious and comfortable living room and bedrooms, space was very clean, organized and homey. Really like they also have a half bathroom on the first floor. Kitchen fully furnished with utensils and cooking pots and pans. Jacuzzi, fireplace and BBQ grill were fully functional and easy to use. We had a great stay here and will definitely come back for future visits!

Spacious property for a relaxing weekend

I was so glad I didn't have to bring our pack and play and high chair for this trip. The baby monitor, children's books and toys were a bonus. There was plenty of space for our entire party of 6 adults and 2 children to spread out. We really enjoyed the meals together around the table, after meal relaxing in the living room or outside. The only minor complain I have is the house having an old dishwasher. I always have to hand wash some dishes, knives, etc after the load is finished.

Quick getaway in Hudson Valley

My husband and my 2 children stayed at this beautiful home. It had all we needed for my 16 and 11 yr old boys. Great home for families. As an Interior decorator myself, I was very impressed with the choices made to furnish home and how homey it felt. Great location close to minnewaska state park. We took advantage of the free park pass provided by host.

Hit tub hideaway in the woods!

Five adults and three kids had a delightful stay for a long weekend. The hot tub was hot and clean! Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the giant couch and fireplace, played lots of games and shared all our meals around the dining table. Follow the very clear signs to get where you are going. This is now on our favorites list!

Worth every penny

If you want enjoy your well deserved hiking / upstate break away from the city. Just pick this home. The whole house is so spacious and clean, you can tell how thoughtful this host is. This host knows and took care of all different ethnic needs, This is the first host who have chopsticks been prepared in advanced. So touch and heartwarming. Beside this amazing detail that you can tell from the listing images. (It’s all real, some of them cant even justify how nice this home is.) Even though during our stay it’s been raining all day and night so that we cant enjoy the outdoor facilities, but the garden is just well maintained and well designed, we took a little walk along the private drive way. The feeling is just feel like we live in some kind of wonderland. Just PEACEFUL, All my friend and i enjoyed the house and want go back again for a longer stay. Guys, just book it and experience it by yourself. You will know you did the right choice. Beside during the whole communication between the host is super easy and straightforward. All the instructions are on point and easy to follow though. The host is also accommodate to my special situation as we needed. This host is the super host indeed. Final touch, This is house location is perfectly located between multiple hiking trails, Walmart, small countryside town. Discover more by yourself. Don’t wait. Contact this host asap if you want a real vacation or just a quick getaway. Perfect

Wonderful holiday & relaxing stay!

Myself and a group of friends and our dogs had a wonderful stay at Limor's beautiful home over the new year holiday. After a small hiccup with some of our plans the morning of our rental, Limor was extremely helpful to make sure things were resolved and smooth for the rest of our stay. The house feels very secluded, yet is a quick drive to restaurants and stores. We loved the wrap-around deck, the hot tub, and especially the extra large living room couch so we could all spread out and relax. Can't wait to visit again!

Perfect escape

10/10 would recommend staying at this incredible home! There were enough beds for our group, beautifully designed living spaces, multiple outdoor decks and miles and miles of nature. The house provided a serene and hospitable location, the photos don't do justice to the great atmosphere and character of the house. The deck is very spacious, and we couldn’t get enough of the hot tub. Limos was always there to help, great communication throughout the stay and always anticipated our needs. Highly recommend booking with Limor, she's a great host with a beautiful space!

Most Amazing Stay

We had an absolutely amazing stay! It's a perfect house on the most beautiful and expansive property. It's really private and tucked away from all the noise. We especially enjoyed the deck! The house was really clean and fresh. We also loved that the house is totally baby proofed with tons of toys and entertainment for the kids. Limor was really pleasant to deal with and went out of her way to answer all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed.

Simply perfect!

We loved the house, the grounds and the location! The hot tub and fire pit were loved by all and when the weather wasn’t up to par, there was loads to be entertained with indoors, between the toys, foosball, air hockey and TV. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Amazing experience!

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic stay. The master bedroom felt like a hotel suite while the house provided all the amenities of home. The hot tub was a surprise addition and really took the experience to another level. Would definitely come again.

Perfect vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at Acrewoods Retreat. Limor was extremely helpful at providing us with everything we would need to travel comfortably with children, from crib to monitor, blackouts to noise machines and many toys. The house was spacious and comfortable and we hope to return again soon!
