The staff was very friendly and professional . I would recommend this hotel to everyone . It was clean room was comfortable . Next time I go back I will stay here . Thank you to all the staff that made our stay wonderful .

Hotel room was aweful smelling! Placed in same area as remodeling when had other rooms away from! Tv not as described on site nor did get any channels/no tv guide. Last night of stay got woken up at 11:30pm to physical and verbal fight near room/front desk. People threatening to call the cops but then continue on screaming and arguing. Front desk did nothing Dracula’s or control . Tried to call front desk and was hung up on, finally opened and slammed door befoe quoted down. Have 2 young children who were disturbed and frightening! Overall horrible and aweful experience and won’t be returning again!

Hotel was under construction and first impression was that it was dirty and dusty. The sofa in the room had cigarette burns and stains. Room was relatively clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not available but staff was friendly and $10 McDonald (located next to hote) gift card was provided for each guest. I would not stay here again until construction is complete.

We have stayed at this same hotel for years either me or my parents, at least 3-4 times a year. Well we are done moving on. First did not see anywhere posted online that they are doing lots of reconstruction.. Would of probably stayed here anyways but a heads up would of been nice to make own plans for breakfast. But that wasnt the kicker the staff has gone way down hill. Not friendly, rude, not helpful and a very unwilling to help in time of need. Would not put me through to my parents when I called which they informed me we will not do that and said call them direct. Seriously! Not every single person has cell phones these days. So I had to drive 2 hours to the hotel because I wasn't home to make sure things were right and everything ok. And hopefully this review is not pulled so that everyone can see that this place is not what it used to be which was an 8 star plus hotel but only give it at best for the room alone maybe 4 star. Hospitality at this hotel has went from a 9 to a 2.

Hotel was under construction., you could smell the paint and things were dusty in halls and common areas. Room was nice, some what quiet and staff were friendly. Parking was limited. I am sure once it’s all done it will be great! Only disappointment was I wish they had a notice on the site when registering for room and they should lower their price for it during this time. Dining was closed but they gave us McDonalds $10 cards so that was nice and it was right next door. Overall not a bad place.

There was nothing I enjoyed except for maybe the quiet. I arrived at the hotel not knowing they were under construction and it happened to be the breakfast area so there was no breakfast either. The front desk said they were offering gift cards to McDonald’s for the inconvience. He did inform me that breakfast is normally 6-10. The next morning I check out among the noise of construction trying to her understand the language barrier, because I checked out 20 after breakfast, they had locked up all the gift cards so my son and I went without breakfast because of their inconvience to us. Knowing that I hadn’t checked out yet and considering the construction. It didn’t matter. What’s the point in offering regardless of the normal breakfast time- the inconvience was not met. I will not book here ever! Plus I also found an ant crawling around and the room was less than.

The hotel is under remodeling. That’s ok, I get that but they were not keeping the mess cleaned up. Dust and dirt tracked down the hallway and in the elevator. We were there three days and it stayed dirty the whole time. The room was clean but the beds were worn out, they sagged deep in the middle and we rolled to the center when we laid down. I hate to be a complainer, but I’m just telling it like it is. (You asked!)

The room was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast had a lot of great hot food choices and choices in general. But there was nothing but noise all around us overnight on the 2nd floor. One room had LOUD music and TV all night long. The walls are so thin. We won't be back.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable and they had full sized pillows, not the half pillows so many hotels have now. Breakfast was a full spread including bacon, eggs and potatoes and had fruit toppings for the waffles. Breakfast was well stocked and attended to. Hotel had some construction going on but did not interfere with our stay. Hotel was located close to the highway. We will stay there again when in town.

Night shift manager was abrupt in reference to my service dog, which hotel policy stated it was dog okay on the site. Cleanliness was good, but there was a lot of on site renovation updates. Not my worse hotel stay by a long shot, but likely won’t be returning to this specific hotel.
