Beautiful location. Super easy drive into town. No stop lights only takes a few minutes. So much room in this place. Great kitchen and nice large refrigerator. Trails in the neighborhood. Very pet friendly. Great communication. Furniture was comfortable. Super clean and easy check out. Needs a little maintenance. Toilet in master bath wasn’t working. Had to manual flush. Take the lid off. Main TV has stripes in the picture with missing picture. Not sure if the owner was aware though. One of the best paces we have stayed would definitely go back.

Balloon Festival Delight

Wonderful house and huge yard. Perfect for us and our dogs. Only request for our next visit in June… a couple extra rolls of paper towels. There was only a partial roll when we arrived and we could not find another when we needed it. Thank you.😊

Our favorite vacation rental !!

We loved the privacy of the property and the fully fenced yard. The house was so comfortable, beautifully decorated and so open. Pictures do not do it justice! The outdoor future made such a comfortable atmosphere to stay outside and enjoy the millions of stars at night! Thank you!!

Perfect for our first VRBO stay!

The house was the perfect size for 4 adults, 2 kids and our 30 lb labradoodle. (They even had dog bowls ready to go and a welcome treat for her!) The space was so clean, and inviting and the perfect jump off to Zion NP, the north rim of the Grand Canyon and tons of local hiking spots! The hosts included a folder full of local hikes and trails and were kind and very responsive. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Loved staying at Starzz Ranch

We stayed in this house for 4 nights for our spring break trip. I loved coming back to this house every night after our day trips. We were a 3-generational party of 7, ages 15-71. There is lots of space, all the rooms are generously sized. Even the bathrooms were large. Everyone preferred the walk-in shower in the master bathroom because it was so big. There are labels and instructions posted everywhere that you need them. It was far enough away from the highway not to hear any traffic. My king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen especially had lots of room in it. We prepared 9 meals there during our stay. I didn’t use the covered patio or the backyard because the weather was decidedly cold. I would definitely book this house again.

Amazing Kanab home

Wow! The home was so clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We loved the open layout of the kitchen and living space. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were large. We also enjoyed the back patio! We loved playing corn hole and star gazing at night. Owners were so kind and professional. They truly made our stay most welcome. Thank you so much.

Open Concept, convenient to local attractions

House was spacious, clean and well-provisioned. Micah did great job giving us information about local attractions and ideas about how to make the most of our trip. Everything worked out well, and would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Milky Way

Great house for our stay in Kanab. Close to Kanab itself (5 min drive) and quiet where you can see the Milky Way from the back patio. Beautiful location. Very comfortable for 8 people including 4 kids and 4 adults.

Great Kanab retreat

This was a great home in Kanab. Close enough to town but far enough away so that you had privacy. Great communication with the property owner. Very clean 3 bedroom home. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and glasses. Small issue with refrigerator (had to throw away from food) but property owner did respond right away, offered a short term solution and then fixed the problem the next day. Loved the tub in master bath, but felt like you could not fill it up as hot water always ran out before it got halfway full. We would fill it up, wait 10 minutes and fill it the rest of the way up. Also loved the idea of jets in master shower, but sadly could not use because water would spray out on floor. The property has a lot of potential, but still a great stay. I would recommend a bigger water heater, and a door for master shower so people can enjoy the shower. Loved the smart TV in the living room. Would recommend another TV in another room if you had little ones as it was a bit cold at night to play outside games. Overall, highly recommend. Very cozy beds, plenty of parking and very quiet.
