Great Everything!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Seahorse Cottage Bungalow. The location and neighborhood was perfect for our visit. Walking distance to restaurants, beach and shopping. The home was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Especially all the beach gear! The backyard was very large and perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Enjoyed the outdoor shower especially after our beach day. We will definitely reserve the cottage in the future.

Fabulous!

We have stayed here several times now and it is by far our favorite in Jax Beach! Everything is close by, the neighborhood is peaceful and nice to take walks around, and the back yard is really a great area to relax. We highly recommend this inviting, comfortable home away from home!

Clean, comfortable, convenient location

Great stay, convenient location, easy walk to beach, nice patio and back yard, safe neighborhood, well stocked kitchen, bath and bedrooms, good cooling and lighting, for reading. My only recommendation is to replace floral armchair with something sturdier. Highly recommended.

Fabulous place!

This was a fantastic place to stay in Jax Beach. Close to everything, park, beach and restaurants. The home was extremely clean and well-appointed with all of the necessities we needed. Great neighborhood too!

Great Location in Jax Beach

We were visiting our daughter for a long weekend and wanted to be close to the beach. Three of us stayed in this property, and it was a great location. It was spacious and clean - perfect for our visit.

Great Location

We had a great stay! Our dog loved the back yard, it was only a couple of block away from the new pickleball courts and an easy walk to the beach. The place was clean and nicely appointed with lots of amentities like bikes and beach toys, towels, etc. A lot of attention to the details to make it a comfortable stay.

Great place if you have a dog traveling with you.

The house was comfortable and located close to restaurants and shopping. Walkable neighborhood and fully fenced back yard. After years of traveling with a dog, this was the best yard by far.

Great Jax Beach place

Everything was as the description outlined in this property. We even brought our small dog and the fenced-in backyard was a big hit for her! We found this home to be spacious and very accommodating with everything we needed from kitchen items to laundry amenities. I would highly recommend that anybody staying in the Jax Beach area for an extended period of time utilize this property. It's very centrally located and easy to get anywhere from Jax Beach to Neptune Beach to Atlantic Beach, etc. The owners were very easy to work with and very responsive.

Love Jax Beach

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Seahorse Cottage was practically perfect! The cottage was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Its in a great location. We enjoyed riding the bikes the owner provided.

Great House

We travel to Jacksonville every few months with my husband's work and try and book this home whenever it is available. It is always spotless, and they have thought of everything you may need during your stay. The location is great too! We also love the fenced in backyard for our little dog.

Jax Beach Wedding

The house was not only clean, roomy, comfortable, and easy to access, but it was incredibly well stocked with anything we needed. From corkscrews to hot pads and even dog supplies. We were so impressed. And, the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the beach or a quick and inexpensive Uber to some great restaurants. And did we mention the pumpkin donuts? Can’t say enough good things about the place. If we ever need another trip to Jax Beach, this will be our place.

Perfect little beach bungalow

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. It was clean and well stocked unliked some places I’ve rented. I vacationed with my 72 yo mom and 3 yo granddaughter as well as my dog. We enjoyed the fenced in backyard and the quiet neighborhood (except the frat party next door one night but the police shut that down). We loved that we could load up the car and turn left out of the drive and we were 7 blocks from public parking and beach access. I also had the most pleasant experience with the owners as hurricane Debby spoiled my original dates but the owners were so easy to work with and changed my date twice. If I’m ever back in Jacksonville I will definitely be booking this sweet little beach house!
