I would no recomend this place to anyone when I was given the room keys I was given room 132 and I went to the room I opened the door and to my surprise people were in the room they gave us a room that was being used after that I was given an empty room and noticed all of the furniture is old scuffed up and a big stain on the bath floor the drawers were sticky no breakfast options only coffee and muffins no ice maker and the mattress was really really hard

Very date property, woke up to cockroaches on the wall, the tub was very dirty and looked like there was once slip resistance there but pulled off, breakfast was nothing but muffins and not enough to feed everybody that was trying to eat. Very disappointing.

When I arrive to the property, the girl at the front counter, notified me that the room that I had reserved was not available so my arrangements needed to be adjusted to what they had which was not what I had reserved. Then upon entering the room, I noticed that the lights and outlets did not work. Additionally, the back door had no lock on it so anyone could access the hotel at any moment. The hallways were full of trash. When I brought the nonworking lights and outlets to the hotel concierge attention, they told me that there was no maintenance person on for the weekend and that they would have to see if they could come and fix the lights and if they couldn’t fix the lights that they would switch my room. That never happened. My room was never changed and maintenance. Never came to fix the light.

Horrible!

Room was filthy. Tub was still dirty from previous stay. There was trash & leftover items under the bed. Pull out mattress has what looked to be mold on it. The iron was broken and there wasn’t any lightbulbs in the lamps beside the bed. There was not a breakfast. All that was offered was packaged muffins and coffee.

Drove 832 miles , 14 hours to get down to Florida got to the hotel , to me and my families surprise, our room was cancelled, with no call or any kind of a notice, so at 4:00 am with fout children we had to find a different hotel in a hurry

Dirty room and tub? The employee looked like she had just woken up. I had to wait a while to get service. Very disappointed in the Extended Stay property. I would not recommend this location.
