Does OYO not even know who did or did not check into their place? We ended up staying at the Quality Inn in Hazlehurst, MS. We arrived at OYO a little before 3 pm. No one was around. We found the place in a state of complete disrepair. What a hole we thought. I told my wife maybe they're remodeling, and we should see what the rooms looked like. So, we went and put gas in our car and came back about 25 minutes later. Still, nobody was around. Us and other people pounded on the door. After about 15 minutes of that and lastly calling the phone number provided (347-752-4159) and getting no human to talk to on the other end, we gave up and left. Pissed off and tired after already driving 12+ hours, we called other Hotels and found a place to stay the night. It's highly unlikely we'll stay at the OYO again and that brings up the trustworthiness of Expedia. How can you recommend a place like that?

Went to property to check in at about 1030pm and all check in staff was missing n on wall was a phone number for the manager. U had to call the manager to check in. I did n was told there is no staff to check me in n was supposedly tefunded my money. Never recieved a refund n had to jeep callomg phone number to manager

I had to wait over a hour for a clean room even though i had a paid reservation. The room had an overwhelming smell of marijuana. The pillows had midew-like stains all over them. We packed our bags and left within 10 minutes of entering the room.

First of all, it was 330 before I could get checked in. The room was disgusting. It was dirty. Fixtures were broken, appliances were rusty and missing parts. The comforter had a stain in the bed did not feel clean. The floor was dirty the cold water handle on the bathtub was broken, pieces missing off the counter in the bathroom. There was trash behind one of the bedside tables I could go on and on I took multiple pictures of this room and the shape.

Do not stay here, there are bed bugs. The property also looks nothing like any of the photos because they were taken years ago. A lot of the doors were broken into, the floors were dirty, everything metal is rusted, bedsheets were partially burnt. The tv had been stolen so they gave us one that didn’t work. We also had to ask multiple times for them to give us cards to our room once we checked in, after they changed our room 3 times. You get what you pay for. There’s a newly renovated OYO in north Jackson, though.

Was willing to try the OYO brand for the first time and wow...this was bad!! First room had broken remote and broken dresser. Second room i had to eliminate 2 bugs on the sink! Bed was very old and towels were clean but stained. OYO should pull the flag on this one! Booked through hotels.com so no chance to move on. Already paid.
