One of the best rental I've ever stayed in

The home was perfect. We had 11 guests and everyone had their own space and bathroom! The house is designed so thoughtfully for large families and so roomy. We cooked a lot of our meals at the house and used the grill multiple times. We ran into a minor sink issue and Marian had a guy out to fix it before we could even get back home. They even had a gift basket ready for me! The house is spotless and the beds were very comfortable. I will say the neighborhood expects you to be VERY QUIET. It's kind of hard to do that if you want to enjoy the pool with 11-12 guests. We had a couple of "stop by's" and it was only 2:30pm. Other than the noise complaints, it was a perfect getaway for our friends.

Best girls weekend ever!

We had the greatest time celebrating our bride to be in this beautiful home. The pool, the open floor plan of the house and the close proximity to the beach made this one of the best girls weekends ever. Marian responded quickly and was very helpful.Would absolutely recommend this home!

Great stay in IOP

Fantastic property for our family of 5 adults to visit and enjoy all that Isle of Palms has to offer. We had a minor issue shortly after check in that was immediately addressed by the host. We would definitely book again.

Look no further - the most amazing vacation home!

This is the most beautiful house I've ever stayed in! My entire group was so impressed - everything was pristine, decorated beautifully, and just "homey." IOP is the cutest vacation town too. We did not want to leave! Thank you to the host for the most memorable trip!

Survived Tropical Storm Debby!

We loved our stay at Carolina on my Mind! We had several rainy days due to Topical Storm Debby but having to stay inside this beautiful and spacious home made it much easier to bear. Beautiful kitchen and comfortable beds. Marian was a great host and replied to all our questions quickly.

Beautiful House 10/10

This was our first trip to Isle of Palms and it did not disappoint! The house was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cabana. The host was very responsive and check-in was seamless. The location of the house was spectacular and only a block from the beach. The views from our bedroom and the rooftop deck were stunning! We will definitely be staying here next year.

Wonderful home!

We have stayed at many places over the last 11 years in Isle of Palms and this was one of our favorites! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and great location. The only improvements we would make is the shower pressure in a couple of the bathrooms and we wished the outdoor space would’ve had a larger table for us to have lunch/dinner while the kids swam in the pool. With that being said-we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

Carolina ALWAYS in my Mind!

Our family of 10 loves Charleston, and we love the Isle of Palms even more. This home is in a perfect location on the island. Very quiet, and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The house is exactly as advertised and is beautiful from bottom to top. The views from the rooftop deck are amazing. There was plenty of room for our entire family to spread out and have our own space. The pool was wonderful. The house was clean. And Marian, the owner, was always available and wonderful to work with each time we had a question. We had a fantastic family vacation and will be staying at Carolina In My Mind again in the future! I highly suggest this property for a perfect family beach getaway!

Carolina on our Minds

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Marian's house for an annual trip our family of 11 (parents, kids, and grandkids) take to Isle of Palms. It is such an important trip to our group and this house is perfect for us - spacious, amazing location, great pool and yard, really nice design of bedroom spaces. The house is exactly as advertised and Marian is a very gracious host. We are planning to be back again next year again!

Wonderful Family vacation

First class accommodations! Everything you need. The kitchen was fully equiped, the pool was fantastic after a long day at the beach. The owner has this place set up for relaxation. The ice machine was fantastic to have at a beach house. The whole family just loved it.

Another enjoyable stay!

This was our fourth stay at Carolina in my Mind and it’s always a great experience. The home is clean, well stocked and maintained. I also appreciate the one simple checkout instruction to load and start the dishwasher as we are leaving. Highly recommend!

Kemp Family - Thank you so much for allowing us to share our Daughter’s Wedding weekend at your home on IOP. What a spectacular House with a warm feeling on home. We loved the home, each room having its own Bathroom, plenty of space for our family with Grandparents to spread out. A Weekend in IOP we will never forget. Wonderful family vacation

We had a great family vacation at this house for my mom’s 70th birthday. The house is beautifully maintained, in a great location and has everything you need to hit the ground running. We took advantage of the many beach chairs, towels, coolers and wagons provided for our short walks to the beach. The backyard area and pool are also great and we enjoyed many afternoons back there. Marian is a highly responsive and accommodating host who made the check in process seamless and quickly answered any questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here if you visit Isle of Palms and we would gladly come back for a future stay.

Perfect Family Getaway Home

This was one of the best rental properties we've ever stayed at in our over 25 years of renting vacation homes. Our entire family really enjoyed the large open family room and gourmet kitchen. The extra long dining room table allowed us to enjoy not only some great local takeout, but each others company as well. The bedrooms were great with comfy beds, high-end linens and private en suites. The heated pool, multi-level decks with seating, and beautiful neighborhood only one black from the beach were the icing on the cake. We were planning our next stay before 2 days before we left(:
