Fun in Isla

We stayed here with our extended family group of 12 (ages 16-60). Room/bed layout worked perfectly. 5 units with 6 king beds together in one building. Rooms were all clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning was very good. (The AC was weak in one unit and the property manager replaced it within 24 hours, on a Sunday!! Great job Richie!). Building is in a local residential neighborhood. If you want the luxury tourist location, this may not be it. We chose this location because we prefer the quieter local areas and this was PERFECT. We always felt safe taking walks around the neighborhood. Good views of the water from the balconies and the roof. Short walk to multiple local restaurants and convenience stores. Easy to call taxis via WhatsApp to reach the grocery store, south end of the island as well as the north end of the island (main downtown tourist area). Management was very responsive via text or WhatsApp with arrival/departure and anything we needed throughout the week. Onsite manager (Richie) met us on arrival for site orientation and responded within minutes with any needs all week. Thanks again!

Fabulous for a large group!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Goleta! The hosts were so responsive and helpful. Had a little trouble with the power and internet (due to city work, not the fault of the house managers) and they were super quick to come and help out. Check in and out were a breeze. We had 6 teenagers and the house gave everyone space to stretch out yet be together when we wanted to. Being in the center of the island is ideal - we've stayed on the south point before but this gave us a chance to really be in the space of the locals. Would definitely stay again!

Property was great. I fit my family of 6 adults and 4 kids. Just wasn’t a convenient location to get to North Beach and the prices to rent golf carts now is ridiculous. But over all, the home was very nice and communication with the host was excellent.

Family Vacation

6 first cousins with spouses rented the entire property! Plenty of room to be together and plenty of room to have privacy! Melonye and Richi took great care of everything from checkin to arranging our cabs for departure! We had an a/c quit cooling, notified Richi and he immediately came with a repair man and got us back in business - extremely fast! Would definitely stay here again!

Great escape. Excellent location.

This rental unit was perfect for our stay on Isla Mujeres. Because of the independent units everyone had space to do their thing be it reading on the balcony, enjoying the pool or taking a nap. The unit is located in the middle of the island so nothing was far away. We all noted that we enjoyed the vibe of where the unit was more than that of downtown North Beach. We would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Isla Mujeres.
