This little place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water, heat and air worked great. Kitchen was supplied with some essentials. Check in and check out was easy and stress free. The location was close to downtown. The only heads up, which is NO reflection on the host...there is a rooster next door that will wake you at 5 a.m. so bring some white noise or ear plugs.

Perfect for one night in town

This was the perfect option for staying in Indy for the night when all you need is a clean place to sleep, shower, and relax. It was a short drive to downtown and a fraction of the price for a hotel room.

Good location + communication

Good location + communication. House is adequate. The place smelled heavily of cigarette smoke which was not their fault but wasn’t ideal for us. The pillows were terrible. The fan in the bathroom was clearly broken as it made a horrible, loud chirping sound. Host was kind and communicative.

Great for what we needed

It is in kind of a "sketchy" neighborhood. Which is to be expected since it's close to the venue. Being honest-We stayed because of the price tag. If you have issues with aesthetics and molding/flooring not lining or painting not being perfect-then this place isn't for you! The deck would be considered "unsafe" in my book. This didn't bother us but may bother others. The only thing that sort of bothered me were that there were a few mouse terds noticed on and near the stove.
