Why a title

It would be nice to have access to lical beaches in incline village that are avilable only to residents with a pass. Otherwise we really enjoyed the property and were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the complex was over all.

Great cozy spot

This was a great cozy spot for our family of 4. The property was clean, kitchen was well organized and equipped for a rental, and check in and check out process was a breeze. We enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable and quiet

This home was lovely and comfortable. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and it’s minutes away from the lake and various hiking trails. Overall, the home was clean with the exception of heavy dust on the dining room fan and a stale smell upon entry. On a side note, the bedroom lamps flicker every now and then and the freezer door was very difficult to open and close.
