4/5 Good

"They should have the gardeners start their leaf blowing and street sweeping type activity at 11 am, after everyone has checked out. It was really unpleasant when it happened as we were trying to load our car at 10 am. Otherwise, we love coming here, the amenities and the food are great. The lack of fitted sheets on the beds is my only other complaint, and they could upgrade their in-room coffee to a Keurig or even just better regular coffee, the coffee we made on our last trip was worse than Folgers. I hate leaving bad reviews, I still gave 4 stars for the grounds, customer service, and amenities."

5/5 Excellent

"This listing was a little opaque - and so initially I was a bit worried about whether this was a valid listing. They list all their properties but don't give you the details on the specific one until later in the process. I hope they change that - I'm not really sure what that's in place. That said, the place was great (spacious, clean, bathroom was fantastic), communication was strong, location was fabulous and they were immediately helpful when I was having issues with the door code."
