They had no electricity and sent us to the worst hotel I’ve been at. We stayed one night because it was so late after Budget had no cars available for our rental so we had to use Avis. We checked out of that hotel in the morning.

I love that it was clean an especially safe in the parking lot security guard was overlooking the parking lot and it gave me a sense of security and the staff was very friendly rooms were very clean as well definitely will recommend to family and friends 🙌

The staff was nice however the rooms are extremely outdated and damaged. I usually don’t complain, but when we attempted to turn the AC on, it was only blowing air but no cold air. I called the front desk and was told the AC units are off in the entire building because it’s no longer summer. I was shocked at the reply, as we are in Houston TX and weather is unpredictable. I was offered to move to another room with a balcony and leave the door open. I denied the offer due to having small children and putting them at risk of mosquito bites. Will not be staying here again.
