Christmas Get together

91 year old visiting from England. We met up with our son and girlfriend who drove from Cincinnati, we came up from Austin. Spent Christmas together along with some friends from the area. Prepared Christmas dinner in the kitchen, enjoyed the hot tub, the various activities out in the garage, the cosy fire, spacious bedrooms, dogs loved the back yard. All in all a great trip and fabulous hostess. Would highly recommend.

Girls weekend

We had 10 women that stayed in this beautiful home and it was absolutely amazing!!! Everything was exactly as it was in the pictures and description of the accommodations. The owners were so accommodating and helpful with checking to see if we needed anything. I would recommend this place to anyone and if we are ever in the area again this is where we hope to be able to stay again!!

We enjoyed: Clean & fully stocked house, loved the comfy beds, TVs in every room, big kitchen, games in garage, access to pool Suggestions: new carpet upstairs, kitchen faucet, another bathroom. Explain guest pass better (amenities listed had a cost) simple outdoor shower if it’s such a big deal to rinse off.

Owl Ridge is a haven!

FANTASTIC! Just what we needed and more.

I wish I would have copied my complete review from the Evolve website. We rented the house to stay at, and have a small wedding ceremony. It was perfect. Tables were set up in the garage, chairs in the driveway, plenty of parking, and the hosts delivered ferns from their greenhouse. There was plenty to keep us busy at the house and in Hot Springs. The hosts were fantastic, informing us of storms and power outages while we were traveling there. Exceptional stay!

Perfect family vacation

We in total had 11 people stay here for a week and it was absolutely perfect. The house was lovely, super clean and had all the right amenities. Not too far from a store or downtown hot springs. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful Well Equipped Home

The home was very well equipped with lots to do for all age groups. We enjoyed fishing in the pond, playing games, making s’mores, playing disc golf, and relaxing in the hot tub. We also enjoyed mini golf and the swimming pool in Hot Springs Village. There are a lot of near by hiking trails including the trails on site. The property owners were very friendly and accommodating.

A hidden gem!

Owl Ridge is a perfect getaway for those seeking a peaceful vacation. The property is easy to get to, communication and check in was simply the best. It’s a super comfortable home, well stocked, great Wi-Fi, and a great location. We will be back!

4 generations never had such fun at once!

Book this experience! Ms Charlie is not only helpful and kind, she also happens to be BEAUTIFUL! All of us old ladies want to know her secrets to decorating and staying so fabulous! Seriously the most fun we’ve had in a very long time. All the amenities were so nice and very accessible. 10 stars!!!

Great Home

Great home for my family over a long 4th of July weekend. The owners are great to work with as I had an issue with one of the grills and they were right over to fix it. A lot of space inside as well as outside. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely Amazing

The hosts were so incredibly accommodating and kind...the home was clean and we were in want of nothing! The location was perfect as it was only about 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and access to Hot Springs Village was icing on the cake. Would HIGHLY recommend and will be back!

Our family spent an enjoyable, restful week in Hot Springs Village AR on Owl Ridge. The house is perfectly located just minutes from both Hot Springs Village and Lake Ouachita. Our grandchildren are still excited about Magic Springs water park and the roller coasters! Major Memories!
