A beautifully furnished and decorated home on the 15th green/16th tee box of Coronado Golf course. King beds in the master and guest bedrooms. Second guest bedroom has a queen and twin and the bonus room has a small twin bed. There is a large modern kitchen with a dining table for 4. There is a formal dining room with seating for 6. The living room is comfortably furnished with Streaming TV in the living room, master bedroom and each guest bedroom. There is a large garage with ping pong table. Enjoy the spacious screened in porch sitting on the golf course. There is a large back deck that goes the length of the home. Near Lake Coronado, Lake Balboa, dining, championship golf courses and walking trails.
