Second time staying here. Room is spacious, AC works very well, clean facilities and great customer service. Quick walk to the beach and in a very nice location that's not too busy but near by so many food options. Will be returning in a year again.

The room is okay except the hot water had very low pressure and came very slow. But the good thing is the plumber responded timely and taught me how to fix it. What made me most disappointed is the valet parking service, at the day I arrived, my wife and I waited in the car for almost 30 minutes and the valet parking people just stared at us until my wife get off the car to beg them to serve us, and no one asked if we need help to unload our baggage. And at the day we checkout, the valet parking people parked my car far from the hotel and let us waited there for 45 minutes until I asked them and their response made me feel offended, one of the valet parking guy blamed me for not asking him and let my car occupied that spot for a while. I don’t understand a valet parking service that cost me $55 per day could offer crap service like that

In the heart of downtown, the hotel boasts convenient proximity to shopping and dining establishments. The walkable nature of the area allows easy access to most destinations, including the beach. The room and other facilities met expectations. However, the limited parking options and heavy traffic can present a challenge for those with vehicles. It's an excellent choice for travelers without cars.

The reception staff were completely confused and clearly did not understand the agreement with the restaurant regarding breakfast. Despite being charged $25, the restaurant offered very limited breakfast options, and the waiters were rude and unprofessional. Although I had already paid for breakfast for three people during the hotel reservation, we were still restricted to a maximum spend of $20, with very limited choices. This was misleading, poorly managed, and unacceptable. Very bad hotel

I have no Breakfast including. I love the location here that so easy to get everything out. Comfortable room, I love the conditioner so much, smell was so good . Good quality product. Only 1 thing is the towel I saw the black long hair on it.
